Please note 

This is a maternity leave replacement position and therefore time-limited.

What you’ll do

  • Set up and continuously improve the forecasting process
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain Managers to enhance forecast accuracy and reduce volatility through coordinated activities
  • Perform statistical forecasting and data analysis: 
    Analyze historical trends, PSI, and market data weekly using statistical tools, Generate weekly forecasts and review sales data to identify trends for fast- and slow-moving products, Maintain seasonality trends and assess the impact of exceptional market changes (promotions, events)
  • Coordinate Forecast Consensus Meetings: 
    Facilitate meetings with relevant teams to confirm sales forecasts, Drive agreement towards realistic and accurate delivery plans, Collate and input weekly forecast data into GSCP
  • Manage Forecast Performance: 
    Monitor KPIs and identify non-conformance issues, Provide fact-based analysis and corrective action plans
  • Build strong customer relationships to improve forecast accuracy and information flow
  • Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders (HQ, carriers) to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Reporting: 
    Regularly review and report progress to Product Manager, Sales Head, and European Supply Chain, Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions
  • Coordinate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): 
    Weekly meetings with supplier factories to update production plans and rolling forecasts

What you must have

  • Prior experience with forecasting and supply chain principles
  • Good understanding of commercial processes, production planning, and retail order fulfillment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas)
  • Ability to work assertively, challenge forecasts, and reach consensus
  • Logical, proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Team player with resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in KPI-driven performance management
  • Relevant skills and experience are essential

The monthly minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,600,- gross for 38.5 hours/week.
